	After receiving one too many £ 50.00 Penalty Charge Notices, the founders of C-Free LPG decided that it was time to do something about this Congestion Charge. They searched for an urban vehicle that was stylish, inexpensive, and most importantly C-Free!


	In the Mercedes Smart fortwo, they thought they had found the perfect C-Free Urban car. But to their surprise, it wasn’t C-Free! They thought ‘Well if we can’t buy a C-Free Smart Car, Let’s make one.’

Over the next 12 months, and with the help of the best minds in low-emissions and environmentally friendly motoring across Europe, the newly developed C-Free LPG Smart Car prototype exceeded UK Government Transport Energy PowerShift requirements for a low emission, cleaner fuel vehicle, and was accepted to the PowerShift Register with full approval.
